How to use the chimenea for preparing food
Make a large fire in your chimenea. When the wood sinks into a glowing red pile, place your cookout base firmly in the mouth of the chimenea with the pins on the inside of the chimenea, keeping it firmy in place. Now you can use skewers or a casarole to prepare food over the fire in your chimenea. If you want to cook for a while, add coals to the glowing wood. When using the iron door, use the interior base over the fire so you can close the chimenea door (garden oven).
